I am an English-speaking yoga teacher based in Morges, Switzerland, teaching vinyasa flow and vin-yin classes. My main goal for my classes is that they feel fun and welcoming to everyone, and that everyone leaves class feeling like they got just what they needed.
I teach on Fridays and every other Tuesday in Morges at Espace Ressource.
I also substitute teach in St. Sulpice at I Am Unity.
Courses:
Morning flow (Fridays 9-10am): Go into the weekend with an energetic, all-levels vinyasa class that takes you into a peak flow to get your body moving in a fun and dynamic way.
Savasana lab (every second Tuesday, 7:15-8:15pm): This class is designed to take you from day into night. Starting with a dynamic and accessible all levels vinyasa flow followed by a long, luxurious winding down with slower, longer holds, preparing you for a long, restful savasana.
Private courses: If you would like a private course, either in Morges, Echichens, or at your home, please contact me directly.
About:
I began my yoga journey 13 years ago at Franklin Street Yoga Studio in North Carolina, US. For a long time, it was an on-again, off-again relationship, with periods of intense practice followed by long periods of yoga drought. But throughout the years, I eventually always found my way back to the mat.
After building a home practice during Covid, I knew it was finally time to take the leap and do a 200-hour YTT, which I completed in April 2024 at The Space studio in Paris, where I discovered how much I enjoy teaching yoga. Since then, I have also completed a 40-hour Flow School training with Bonnie Weeks. Both were amazing, life-changing experiences.
What I love about yoga is the opportunity to get into her body and out of her head, where there tends to be way too much chatter. Join me for a dynamic, active vinyasa class, or a slower flow class with long holds close to the floor.
